What is the difference between one-shot and monthly licence?+
The one-shot licence is a single payment: you receive your installed and customised site, with no updates included. The monthly licence at €30/month includes BeamReactor updates and tools to apply them easily.
Is the skin really customised?+
Yes. Every site is delivered with a skin adapted to your brand guidelines (colours, logo, typography). You can also create your own with the Skin Builder built into BeamReactor.
Do I need to host the site myself?+
BeamReactor is designed for self-hosting. You need PHP/MySQL hosting (shared, VPS or dedicated server). We can advise you on choosing a host.
What if I want to add features?+
BeamReactor is modular. You can add plugins at any time. Full documentation is available at beamreactor.com.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Bank transfer, cheque. For businesses, invoicing on quote with 30-day payment terms. Credit card (Stripe) coming soon.
