1. Scope and Classification
1.1 Service identification
This document concerns the BeamReactor Shop online sales platform, operated by Aegis IA Locale (sole proprietorship, registration 993 471 077 R.C.S. Metz), accessible from the Vendor's online sales domain.
1.2 DSA Classification
BeamReactor Shop is classifiable as an online platform within the meaning of Art. 3(i) of the DSA Regulation, as it offers products and services to third parties via a publicly accessible Internet interface.
Non-applicable statuses:
- Not designated as a Very Large Online Platform (VLOP) — average monthly active recipients in the EU well below the threshold of 45 million
- Not designated as a Very Large Online Search Engine
The applicable obligations are those defined in Articles 11 to 24 of the DSA Regulation.

4. Terms Transparency (Art. 14 DSA)
Our Terms and Conditions of Sale clearly and accessibly describe:

- Applicable usage restrictions
- Complaint handling procedures
- Consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal
5. Illegal Content Reporting Mechanism (Art. 16 DSA)
BeamReactor Shop is primarily a platform for selling software licences and computer equipment. It does not host user-generated content from third parties. However, in accordance with the DSA Regulation, we provide a mechanism allowing any person to report potentially illegal content present on this site.
Reporting procedure:

- Indicate the precise URL of the relevant content
- Describe the nature of the alleged illegality and, where possible, the applicable legal provision
We will acknowledge receipt of your report and process all requests within a reasonable timeframe. If the content is found to be illegal, we will take appropriate measures to remove or disable access to it.
6. Internal Complaint Handling System (Art. 17 DSA)
Any user who believes that a decision made by our service affects their rights (in particular the removal of access to content or the suspension of an account) may submit a complaint:

In case of a dispute not resolved through our internal complaint system, users may resort to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body designated by a Member State.

8. Content Responsibilities
BeamReactor Shop does not publish user-generated content from third parties. All information on this site (product descriptions, prices, technical documentation, terms) is written and controlled exclusively by Aegis IA Locale.
Aegis IA Locale commits to:
- Not publishing manifestly illegal content
- Acting promptly to remove or disable access to any illegal content brought to its attention
- Cooperating in good faith with competent authorities within the applicable legal framework
9. Legal Representative (Art. 13 DSA)
Not applicable — Aegis IA Locale is established in France, a Member State of the European Union, and does not need to designate a separate legal representative.
10. Transparency Report (Art. 24 DSA)
As a small platform (average monthly active recipients in the EU below one million), BeamReactor Shop is not subject to the obligation to publish an annual transparency report under Art. 24 DSA.
